Creates detailed AutoCAD mechanical/technical drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes and coordinating with engineers and architects.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation for construction projects.
Assist in the design and detailing of mechanical building systems, including expansion joint and firestop solutions.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Review project specifications, drawings, and relevant building codes.
Provide design and drafting support from tender stage through project installation.
Update and revise drawings based on project requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of drafting or design experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Able to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of building codes or structural detailing will be an advantage.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
