Drafter

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter / BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing construction drawings, coordinating design information, and supporting project teams throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, and interior fit-out drawings to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Review drawings to identify clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues before construction.
• Prepare drawing submissions for consultants and main contractors.
• Update drawings according to consultants' comments and site requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revision records, and document control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Engineers, Consultants, and Main Contractors on drawing-related matters.
• Support site teams by providing timely drawing revisions and technical drafting assistance.
• Attend coordination meetings when required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and construction requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is preferred.
• Experience with Navisworks or BIM coordination is an added advantage.
• Familiar with architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Experience in ceiling, drywall, partition, ALC panel, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
