Summary

Creates and refines detailed interior design drawings for luxury retail, hospitality, or branded spaces using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with high-end standards and project requirements.

We are looking for a Drafter with strong creative and technical capabilities to support the design and execution of luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of materials and finishes, and experience designing for high-end retail, hospitality, or branded environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate working drawings.

  • Revise and modify drawings based on site conditions, project requirements, and client/consultant feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements.

  • Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.

  • Attend meetings with projects team and client representatives to ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

  • Coordinate with the drafting team and project team to manage multiple projects with varying timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury detail, hospitality, or high-end commercial interior design (Experience in interior fit-out, retail, or renovation projects is preferred.)

  • Able to read and interpret drawings and construction documents

  • Proficient in AutoCAD

  • Understanding of luxury brand standards and a refined design sensibility

  • Able to thrive under pressure and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
