Drafter

Requirements

* Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).

* Experience in RC structural works and Wet Trade construction projects.

* Familiar with Singapore construction standards and drawing requirements.

* Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

· Liaise with supervisors and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs

. Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineer's and supervisors' team

.· Review and revise drawings to meet design and safety standards.

· Maintain organized and easily accessible drawing records.

· Prepare Architectural and Structural drawings

· Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.

· Maintain proper record for drawings and information

· Create drawings from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer

-Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed

- Experience in construction M&E works.
