Construction Drafter

Prepare and maintain technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed construction plans based on design specifications
Develop 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software
Assist engineers and project managers in translating concepts into accurate technical drawings
Revise drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and project requirements
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy
Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
Support project team with as-built drawings upon project completion

Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field
Minimum [X] years of relevant drafting experience in construction
Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage
Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and building standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
