Drafter
Qualifications & Requirements
· Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Marine Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or project drafting experience is advantageous.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting tasks.
· Ability to work well independently and in teams.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. BIM Data Management
· Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in compliance with project requirements.
· Create and maintain project template files to assure drafting and BIM standards.
· Supersede and update current revision status of drawings.
2. Coordination & Clash Resolution
· Coordinate with other disciplines and engineers to manage and resolve clashes.
· Minor coordination of Architectural, Structural, and M&E drawings.
· Communicate drawing updates and revisions to relevant stakeholders.
3. Documentation & Drawing Issuance
· Prepare transmittals for drawing submissions or issuance to sub-contractors.
· Compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
· Detail and document working drawings for construction use.
4. Quality Control & Standards
· Ensure drawings comply with project standards and revision control.
· Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for audit readiness.
· Support project teams with accurate and timely drafting deliverables.
5. Additional Duties
· Assist engineers and project managers with drafting-related tasks.
· Perform any other duties assigned to support project requirements.
