Draftperson

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, reinforcement drawings, and as-built drawings for C&S/structural works, including foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Develop and update C&S/M&E layouts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software in accordance with project specifications and engineering requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, sketches, and technical information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Design Managers, Consultants, and site teams to clarify design requirements and complete drawing submissions within project timelines.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, engineers’ comments, and site requirements, ensuring the latest information is accurately reflected.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revision history, and monthly Master Drawing List (MDL) to ensure effective document control throughout the project.
• Perform basic drafting calculations, drawing checks, and other duties as assigned by the Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
• Experienced in design management, rebar concrete (RC), steel structure detail and design development.
• Competent in Microsoft suites and proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.
• 6 days work week.
