DRAFTSMAN / BIM MODELER

Create complex designs, drafting and layout drawings as well as large assemblies
Assist in resolving design issues as well as generated design concepts and recommended solutions
Plan and coordinate own work as well as produce schedules for assigned tasks
Coordinates with all project related personnel on site on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of project
Provide full support as required by the Management for all projects
Produced 3D CAD models, detailed drawings and BOMS of MEP systems
Managed, organized and updated 2D/3D facilities layouts and equipment models
Communicate with assemblers to develop ergonomic and ease of use solutions
Develop engineering solutions to improve workflow and address mechanical problems
Coordinate with external companies for equipment production and CAD model sharing
Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering with a strong technical or related background
2 years experiences in water waste water, RO/DI, HVAC or mechanical services
Revit, AutoCAD and BIM knowledge is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized, meticulous and good team player
Able to commence work soon
