Draftsman

Job Descriptions

• Prepare technical, construction, shop, architectural, civil and structural drawings based on project requirements

• Develop and maintain CAD drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings

• Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning and construction purposes

• Work with the project manager and site teams to develop drawings based on design intent and site requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on drawing details where necessary.

• Attend site surveys when required to take measurements and incorporate site conditions into drawings

• Review and update drawings according to project changes, site requirements and design instructions

• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete and produced according to project specifications and timelines

• Provide drafting and design support to the project team as required
