Draftsman (Construction)

FOR SINGAPOREAN ONLY.
Produce and prepare technical drawings such as detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as-built drawings as per contract specifications.
Coordinate, review and verify drawings including owner & subcontractors drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
Update and comply with the code of practice on electrical, mechanical as required.
Attend meetings with our project team, clients, and subcontractors for project related matters.
Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on experience in M&E projects for Semicon industry working for subcontracting firm or Main-con.
Experienced in 2D & 3D Autocad drawings for M&E, CSA, piping and Fire Protection systems.
Able to read & understand engineering documents.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and both independently and in a team.
