Interior Design is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to
join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about interior design, have a

As a
Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings
and plans that bring our creative visions to life. You will work closely with
our designers and architects to ensure every detail is accurately documented
and ready for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and
layouts based on design concepts and client requirements.
- Collaborate with interior designers to
translate conceptual ideas into schematic and construction drawings.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections,
furniture layouts, and intricate joinery details.
- Create and revise shop drawings including
ceiling plans, lighting layouts, finishes, and FF&E specifications.
- Ensure all drawings meet project
specifications, industry standards, and comply with relevant building
codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and version
control of all drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the upkeep of drawing libraries,
design templates, and standard blocks.
Requirements
What We’re Looking
For:
- Education: Diploma
or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum
of 2-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the interior design or
architectural industry.
- Software
Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other
relevant 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Technical
Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles,
space planning, and building codes.
- Attention
to Detail: Ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings
with excellent attention to detail.
- Leadership
Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and
manage workloads effectively.
- Communication: Strong
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey
complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Capable
of identifying and resolving design and technical issues quickly and
efficiently.
- Time
Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-end residential
and hospitality/commercial interior design projects.
- Certification in project
management or design software.
