Draftsman

Lord Krishna Builders is looking for an experienced Draftsman with 10 years of hands-on experience in construction drafting. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings
  
• Develop working drawings, permit drawings, and revisions
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams
  
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations (KSMART)
  
• Modify drawings based on site conditions and client requirements
  
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
  
• Support project execution with timely updates and accuracy
  

Requirements

• 5​years of experience in drafting (construction field)
  
• Working knowledge of BIM (Revit) preferred
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  
• Experience with KSMART / Kerala building permit drawings preferred
  
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and standards
  
• Good coordination, communication, and time management skills

• Experience in apartment projects / residential / villa
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
