Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of shop drawings and relevant documents for submissions required.
• Coordinate with project team for details based on requirements from client and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all drawings are checked and approved.
• Preferable with experience in HDB and Condo projects.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• At least a Professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with 3 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably with experience in local construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD software (3D)
• Preferably with experience on structural steel drawing
• Able to work independently with responsibility and minimal oversight to meet tight deadline
