The Big Task
Assess homeowners’ drain and related plumbing systems, explain maintenance, repair, and replacement options, and help customers choose solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residential sewers, drains, and sump systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present options and financing, close sales, and collect deposits or payments.
- Communicate findings, proposals, and job details accurately to customers and our office.
- Promote our Home Care Club, identify additional service needs, and ask for referrals and 5-star reviews.
- Follow through on customer expectations while maintaining clean workspaces, equipment, and safe work practices.
Your Performance Goals
- Conversion rate: At least 60%.
- Average sale: $6,000.
- Average NPS score: 9.3.
What You Bring
- A proven sales record and experience being accountable for sales metrics.
- Confidence working in a 100% commission role.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet prescreening requirements: a clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and clean motor vehicle report for the past three years.

This role involves travel throughout our service area, indoor and outdoor work, accessing crawl spaces and roofs, and repeatedly lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds on stairs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
