DRAM Test Engineer / Senior /Manager(台北)

1.Develop, execute, and maintain DRAM CP / FT test programs to support product
development and mass production requirements.
2.Perform large-scale test data analysis, including yield monitoring and failure mode
analysis, and propose improvement actions to enhance product yield.
3.Establish and optimize mass production test flows and test plans to ensure
test efficiency, quality, and stability.
4.Maintain test platforms and related tools to ensure proper operation of the test
environment.
5.Collaborate with firmware and design teams to provide test feedback and analysis
results, supporting product and firmware improvements.
6.Support test-related issues during the mass production phase, ensuring smooth
product ramp-up and stable shipment.

2.分析大量測試數據，進行良率監控與失效模式分析，並提出改善建議以提升產品良率。
3.參與量產測試流程與測試計畫的建立與優化，提升測試效率與穩定性。
4.維護測試平台與相關工具，確保測試環境正常運作。
5.與 Firmware 與設計團隊合作，提供測試回饋與分析結果，支援產品與韌體改善。
6.支援量產階段測試相關問題，協助產品順利導入與穩定出貨。
