DRAM Test & Validation Engineer(台北)

1. Build, maintain, and execute DRAM application test platforms for validation and production testing.
2. Perform system-level testing, debugging, and failure analysis.
3. Analyze test data, monitor yield, and identify root causes.
4. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and validation teams.
5. Support customer validation and production ramp-up.
6. Improve automated test flows and documentation.

1. 建置、維護並執行 DRAM 應用測試平台。
2. 執行系統層級測試、除錯及故障分析。
3. 分析測試數據、監控良率並找出根因。
4. 與 Hardware、Firmware 及 Validation 團隊合作。
5. 支援客戶驗證與量產導入。
6. 持續改善自動化測試流程及文件。
