Driver + Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift)
Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
Rate $22-$25 (depending on experience) + $1.50/hour Shift Differential

Mars Electric is looking for a dependable, safety-minded team member to support overnight operations through a combination of Delivery Driver and Warehouse Responsibilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials move efficiently across our network while supporting accurate and timely order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do
Drive with Purpose
- Safely operate our delivery truck to transport materials between branch locations
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance
- Support delivery operations and evolving customer service needs
Keep Operations Moving
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory and transfers
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for branch transfers and customer pickup
- Load delivery vehicles and support overnight warehouse workflows
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work as One Team
- Communicate effectively with logistics and warehouse teams
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
- Support additional warehouse activities as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred) with clean driving record and medical card
- Warehouse equipment experience (forklift certification a plus)
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Previous delivery and warehouse experience preferred
