Driver Activation Associate (Incubation)
- Monitor and analyze new driver activity and performance during the initial 21-day period
- Develop and implement strategies to boost new driver engagement and productivity
- Collaborate with fleet managers to provide support to new drivers-members
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in early driver performance data and recommend improvements
- Communicate regularly with new drivers through calls, messages, and emails to ensure ongoing motivation and clarity on expectations
- Assist in the creation of educational content and onboarding materials tailored to early-stage driver needs
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in activation and onboarding
- A track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team
- Proficient in GSuite applications especially GSheets
