ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bus Driver, you’ll safely transport children to and from school and school-related activities, ensuring a secure, structured environment always. You’ll follow all safety regulations and procedures to provide consistent, dependable experience for children and families.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Safely transport children to and from school and activities, following established routes and schedules.
  • Ensure a safe, supervised environment during every ride, including smooth pick-up and drop-off routines.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks to keep your bus clean, safe, and ready for the road.
  • Communicate with school staff regarding schedules, delays, or any concerns to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support the school, as needed, during non-driving times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required (CDL preferred, if applicable).
  • Prior experience driving children or in a similar role preferred.
  • Must meet all state and local requirements for transporting children.
  • Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening, as required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations).
