In this varied role, you will play an important part in supporting our Sales Department, coordinating vehicle movements, assisting with customer deliveries, and ensuring our dealership yard is maintained to the highest standard. About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sales Department by overseeing the coordination of truck movements between the dealership and external suppliers, supporting customer deliveries, and maintaining an organised and professional dealership environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate daily truck movements within the dealership and to external suppliers.

Assist with truck deliveries and customer handovers.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe dealership yard.

Ensure all vehicle storage and parking areas are presented to a high standard.

Support the overall efficiency and presentation of the dealership.

Skills & Experience

Knowledge of automotive industry including previous stock control experience and or knowledge of export procedures and logistics

Must have a valid Driver’s licence, HR/HC/MC Drivers Licence an advantage

Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills

Professional presentation

Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
