Driver Crew Leader - Sports Turf (50579)
Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Sports Turf teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Sports Turf Crew Leaders supervise a team of crew members maintaining athletic fields and sports turf sites by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily site operations for sports turf/athletic field maintenance
- Supervising athletic field renovation projects and agronomy aspects for healthy sports turf
- Maintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Assisting with training and development of crew members
- Daily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members and records of work performed
- Customer service and professional interaction with clients
- Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner
- Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained
- Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform sports turf maintenance and renovation duties
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
