Driver (Crew Transportation & Logistics)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Transporting seafarers safely between Singapore ports, hotels, airports and designated destinations.
• Providing timely pick-up and drop-off services according to booking schedules.
• Assisting passengers with luggage when required.
• Maintaining a professional, courteous and helpful attitude towards customers.
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Ensuring the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained and roadworthy.
• Reporting vehicle defects, incidents or accidents immediately.
• Following all LTA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Using company mobile applications for trip management and navigation.
• Assisting with light logistics or delivery duties when transportation demand is low.
• Maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage and fuel usage.
• Supporting operations during peak periods, weekends and public holidays when required.

Applicants should possess:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A Driving Licence.
• Valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL).
• Clean driving record with good safety awareness.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, PSA terminals, Tuas, Pasir Panjang, Marina South Pier and Changi Airport.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to assist passengers with luggage when necessary.
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation and mobile applications.

Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:

• Crew transportation
• Airport transfers
• Hotel shuttle services
• Tourist transport
• Corporate transport
• Logistics or delivery operations

6-day work week (rotating schedule)

Shift work may be required

Weekend and Public Holiday duties on rotation

Overtime payable in accordance with company policy
