Driver Cum Events Operations

Job Summary

You will support event operations by safely driving van to transport and deliver equipment, materials, and setup, teardown, and other event-related tasks to ensure smooth event execution

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and legally using a valid Class 3 Driving Licence to transport equipment and personnel for events
• Perform event setup tasks including assembling and arranging equipment to prepare venues for activities
• Conduct event teardown by dismantling and clearing equipment promptly after events to restore venues
• Execute operational duties during events to support smooth event flow and address on-site needs
• Manage physical tasks related to event work, demonstrating fitness and stamina to handle manual labor and equipment handling
• Adapt to work schedules and be willing to work overtime when operational demands require extended hours.

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence. (Class 3C / 3A licences are not accepted.)
• Responsible, punctual, and familiar with safe handling and transportation of goods.
  

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Saturday: Half Day

- Overtime may be required depending on event schedules
