Driver/Delivery Person

About the role

At Randstad, we look for candidates like you. We are selecting a delivery driver to join a transport and logistics team, with the main departure from La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) and coverage in the Campo de Gibraltar area, performing local routes with a maximum reach up to Estepona.

What you'll do

• Carrying out delivery and distribution routes of goods in the assigned area (Campo de Gibraltar and Estepona).
• Loading, unloading, and securing the transported goods.
• Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and the correct management of the documentation corresponding to the service.
• Compliance with traffic regulations, road safety, and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

What you'll get

Variable incentive: Up to 600 — additional per month based on the fulfillment of objectives (punctuality, low accident rate, absence of absenteeism, and level of responsibility).

• Overtime: Paid with a 30% surcharge.

How you'll work

Working day and shifts:

• Rotating shift: (M-F) 3 weeks on morning shift (start between 06:00 and 07:00 h) and 1 week on afternoon shift (start between 13:00 and 15:00 h). - Alternate Saturday mornings
• Option for a fixed afternoon shift according to your preferences.

Requirements

• Valid Class C driving license.
• Up-to-date Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• Active Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience in delivery, transport, or distribution roles is valued.
