Feladatok
- a gépjárművezetőkkel, valamint flottakoordinátorokkal történő kapcsolattartás szóban és írásban egyaránt;
- szervizesemények adminisztrációja;
- gumicsere szezon ügyeinek menedzselése;
- üzemanyagkártya, autópálya-matrica igénylése;
- csereautóval, bérautóval kapcsolatos ügyintézés;
- gépjármű használói adatbázis naprakészen tartása.
Elvárások
- minimum 1-2 éves releváns munkatapasztalatod van;
- középfokú iskolai végzettséget (érettségit) szereztél;
- kiemelkedő kommunikációs képességgel rendelkezel;
- kiváló problémamegoldó készséggel rendelkezel;
- szívesen viszed önállóan a munkafolyamataidat, ugyanakkor könnyedén működsz együtt csapatban;
- fontos számodra a precizitás, igényes vagy a munkádra.
Előnyt jelent
- angol nyelvtudás;
- autóipari szolgáltatónál szereztél szakmai tapasztalatot.
