We have a great opportunity to join our Eau Claire, WI Team as a Non-CDL Driver. This role is M-F, 4am-12:00pm. Drivers increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by providing on-time delivery services according to the mission and culture of JHL. Deliveries are accurate and dropped off at the customer’s preferred address. Drivers positively represent JHL while on customer sites and may need to work with customers for basic order problem solving.

Responsibilities Include:
- Follow assigned route (sometimes across state lines depending on the route) and make timely deliveries/meet deadlines. Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and best practices for safety while on the road
- Unload and load trucks
- Perform basic truck maintenance such as refueling, making visual inspections, and reporting potential issues. Keep trucks clean and organized
- Communicate with team members, branch manager, and/or customers as needed regarding delivery status, instructions and issues. Work in a team environment to ensure efficient operations
- Complete paperwork and reports related to deliveries as needed
- Assist the warehouse with picking and packing orders and restocking warehouse shelves, including wire reels and pipe, after route is complete
- Maintain accurate inventory management
