The driver will deliver the couriers and mails from various engineering departments to the engineering mail room and central services in a timely manner.

In this role you will:

• Ensure to collect outbound documents from cargo/mail section for flights and vice versa.
• Ensure that couriers and mails are delivered to line maintenance and engineering hangars according to the delivery address.
• Collect mail from engineering hangars and line maintenance and deliver to engineering mail room.
• Deliver mail and couriers from engineering mail room to EGHQ central service.
• Check equipment allocated to him is safe for driving on ramp and all ramp safety instructions are followed without fail.
• Report any delay of documents to supervisor.
• Shift vehicles scheduled for maintenance between airside and landside.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Assist the executive secretary/administrator in adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure assigned administrative tasks are completed on time and in an appropriate manner.
