Join Our Team as a Driver!
Our Drivers are often the first and last point of contact for our clients, making this role essential in creating a positive and supportive experience. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for individuals receiving behavioral healthcare services.
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM; weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from behavioral healthcare facilities.
- Maintain a secure and supportive environment for clients, yourself, and others during transport.
- Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and team members.
- Follow all transportation policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and assist clients as needed during transport.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of transportation procedures and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Completion of safety training upon hire.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Comfortable with frequent and extended driving.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Excellent customer service skills, including in high-pressure situations.
