Driver - Full Time Position

Our Transport Services team are an integral part of our Front of House Team at the resort, delivering a professional service for our guests when transporting them to and from the hotel, as well as any other transport requirements they may have during their stay with us.

A little about what you will be doing:

· Deliver a welcoming and courteous greeting to guests

· Providing assistance with luggage for guests to and from vehicles

· Driving hotel guests to and from Airports and Railway Stations, undertaking tours locally and across Scotland, in a safe and comfortable manner

· Developing strong and loyal relationships with repeat and new guests alike, anticipating their needs and delivering a top-class service

· Someone with a bright, engaging and warm personality

· A desire to provide an outstanding guest experience whilst driving guests to and from the Resort, around the local area and across Scotland

· High standards of grooming, presentation and professionalism

· Highly motivated, with a great sense of pride in their work

· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet changing demands, whilst achieving your goal within appropriate timescales

· Flexibility to adapt to the requests or needs of our guests

Please note, this role requires a valid driving licence with Category D1 (minibus) or Category D entitlement permitting driving for hire or reward is required. The successful candidate must meet the relevant DVLA medical standards. The hotel will arrange any Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training and qualification required for the role.
