Driver
Position Overview: Are you dependable, organized, and looking to make a difference in people’s lives? Heartview Foundation is seeking a responsible and compassionate Driver to transport our patients safely and provide support as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients get where they need to be—safely, on time, and with care.
Schedule: Part-Time| 20-29 Hours per Week or Full-Time| 30-40 Hours per Week
Working hours vary based on the patient transportation schedule, appointment times, and travel distances. Flexibility is required to accommodate changing transportation needs. Hours could vary from 3 AM to 3 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients and packages to scheduled locations.
- Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes and avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate travel logs and communicate with staff regarding departure and arrival times.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-cared for.
- Assist with errands, basic facility maintenance, and other residential needs.
- Provide respectful and professional interactions with patients and staff.
