Duties

Assist the driver with loading and unloading freight from the vehicle.
Ensure that all items are secured properly for transport.
Help navigate routes and provide directions as needed.
Maintain communication with the driver regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.

Skills

Physically fit candidates must be (at least) 18 years of age
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during deliveries.
Consent to drug test screening
eligible to work in the US
Deliver products and *smiles* to customers in a timely manner
On the road (OTR) up to 10-hour shifts, delivering to routes w/in a 50 mile radius
Handle physical work eg. climb in/out van, use of stairs, lift containers w/o issue
Perform responsibilities during inclement weather conditions
Be open to assisting in other capacities, as needed
Follow designated safety protocol and procedures
Willing to assist co-workers in a supportive way
