Driver II
RoseVilla is seeking an On-Call Driver II to join our team!
The Driver II supports the day-to-day mobility and convenience of RoseVilla Residents, Team Members, and guests by providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services, both on and off campus. This role primarily operates an electric golf cart (surrey) and RoseVilla vehicles to transport Residents to appointments, events, meals, and other destinations. The Driver II also provides hands-on assistance to Residents entering and exiting vehicles and their homes, including help with doors, packages, and mobility devices. A strong commitment to safety, Resident service, and professionalism is essential, as this position plays a key role in enhancing Resident independence, comfort, and overall experience.

Wage and benefits:
- Starting wage for $20.25- $23.25 per hour, depending on experience.
- This is an On-Call, non-exempt position

Education and experience requirements:
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Provide effective and courteous service to Residents, guests, and Team Members.
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently to communicate with residents and follow directions.
- Ability to read a map, use internet sources, and follow written or verbal instructions to locate various destinations outside of RoseVilla.
- Transport RoseVilla Residents and Team Members to appointed destinations safely and with the rules set by the State of Oregon and RoseVilla.
- Operate a cell phone
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Experience in senior living is preferred
- Experience operating wheelchair lifts is preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
