Driver/Installer

Patiova is looking for a dependable Driver/Installer to help deliver and assemble our outdoor structures. This hands-on role combines driving a company truck and trailer with working alongside a small crew to assemble prefabricated structures at customer locations. Working under the direction of a Foreman, you'll help ensure materials arrive safely, structures are assembled correctly, and every job site is left clean and organized.

• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites while following all traffic laws and company vehicle policies.
• Safely transport materials, tools, and structure kits.
• Make local deliveries and supply runs as needed.

• Work with a crew of 2–3 team members to assemble outdoor structures at customer locations.
• Follow instructions and plans to ensure structures are built correctly and meet customer specifications.
• Use tools and assist with general construction tasks as needed.

• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Take care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with shop projects and other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic construction or hands-on assembly experience preferred.
• CDL and forklift certification are a plus.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and occasional travel.
