Driver

Job Description

• Transport construction materials, tools and equipment between the company premises, suppliers and project sites.

• Operate Class 3 and/or Class 4 lorries safely and responsibly.

• Assist with the loading, securing and unloading of materials.

• Ensure that the load does not exceed the vehicle’s permitted capacity.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.

• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage and vehicle servicing.

• Comply with traffic regulations and site safety requirements.

• Assist with general site, warehouse or logistics duties when there are no scheduled deliveries.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 and/or Class 4 driving licence.

• Have relevant lorry-driving experience

• Familiar with Singapore roads, construction sites and delivery locations.

• Possess a good and safe driving record.

• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading construction materials.

• Able to secure materials and equipment safely before transportation.

• Responsible for daily vehicle checks, cleanliness and basic maintenance.

• Able to maintain delivery orders, trip records and fuel receipts accurately.

• Comply with traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements.

• Reliable, punctual, responsible and able to work independently.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
