DRIVER

· Safely operate a tour bus on scheduled routes and excursions.

· Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.

· Conduct basic commentary on points of interest (if required) or coordinate with tour guides.

· Assist with training new employees

· Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.

· Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report any maintenance issues promptly.

· Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle.

· Communicate effectively with dispatch, tour coordinators, managers, and customers.

· Handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and professionally.

· Operate guest shuttle or bus on a predetermined route or schedule.

· Report any incidents to the appropriate personnel.
