JOB OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team in a CONTRACT role. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting LES’ participants to/from programs and activities. This position requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Safely operate a 4-door vehicle and transport adults with disabilities between their pick-up and drop-off locations
• Schedule may vary based on needs of participants but priority shift is 7am to 11am.
• Ability to plan routes and ensure on-time arrival
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Punctuality, Professionalism & Reliability Are A Must!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have valid NJ Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a personal transportation driver required
• Experience working with a ride-share company like Uber or Lyft preferred
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Basic conversational English skills preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
