See Your Work in a New Light

At LUX Infusion, we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection. For many patients, the delivery of their medication is a critical moment in their care journey — and it deserves the same level of professionalism, attention, and compassion as any clinical interaction.

We’re looking for a Specialty Infusion Delivery Driver who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, reliability, and purpose to ensuring patients receive their medications safely and on time.

Why This Role Matters

Accurate, timely delivery is essential to safe and effective infusion care. As a Specialty Infusion Delivery Driver, you play a direct role in supporting patient outcomes by protecting medication integrity and providing a professional, reassuring presence at the point of delivery.

In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

  • Helps patients receive life‑sustaining medications safely at home
  • Maintains trust through reliable, on‑time service
  • Protects medication quality through proper handling and temperature control
  • Supports a patient‑first, clinician‑led care model

While the work happens outside the pharmacy, its impact is felt directly by patients and caregivers.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Safely and timely deliver specialty infusion medications to patients’ homes
  • Maintain medication integrity, including proper handling and temperature control at all times
  • Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and documentation requirements accurately
  • Interact professionally and courteously with patients and caregivers during deliveries
  • Adhere to HIPAA requirements, safety standards, and company policies
  • Accurately complete delivery documentation and maintain organized delivery records
  • Promptly report delivery issues, delays, vehicle concerns, or incidents to the appropriate contact
  • Adapt to occasional route or schedule changes based on operational needs
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback on routes or delivery processes

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • A strong sense of reliability, accountability, and professionalism
  • Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
  • Pride in representing a healthcare organization with professionalism and care

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Working knowledge of local roads and delivery routes within the Las Vegas metro area
  • Ability to follow detailed delivery instructions and time‑sensitive schedules
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, complete deliveries
  • Ability to safely transport temperature‑sensitive medications
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS, and delivery tracking tools
  • Clear, professional communication with patients, caregivers, and pharmacy staff
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills

You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you show up for patients as your experience.

Why LUX Infusion

At LUX Infusion, we believe care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Purpose‑driven work with direct patient impact
  • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture
  • Clear expectations and supportive operational teams
  • Flexibility to support varied schedules when available
  • The opportunity to be a trusted part of a patient’s care journey

Come help deliver care where it matters most — and see what’s possible when care comes first.
