📋 Job Requirements:

• Monitor and evaluate the safety and overall performance of each driver
• Conduct regular driver safety audits covering driving behavior, compliance, documentation, violations, and incident history
• Review telematics, dash cameras, safety alerts, speeding, harsh braking, acceleration, HOS violations, and other available safety data
• Identify high-risk drivers and take timely corrective action
• Provide driver coaching, warnings, retraining, and other corrective measures when required
• Investigate accidents, preventable accidents, near misses, complaints, and serious safety violations.
