Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day and Evening Shift available.
Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience

As a Driver, you play an important role in our clients' recovery journey. Often serving as one of the first people they meet, you'll help ensure safe, dependable transportation while creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning.
Position Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
- Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the treatment team
- Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
