Driver - Reader

Catholic Charities Maine Education Services for Blind & Visually Impaired Children (ESBVIC) is looking to hire a Driver/Reader for the Brewer area.

ESBVIC is a statewide program that provides assessment, instruction, and consultation to blind and visually impaired children birth through 21, their parents, and school personnel.

About the Role: The Driver-Reader provides transportation to staff who are visually impaired or otherwise unable to drive and assists with reading and other visual tasks for which the staff person requires visual assistance. This position is roughly 12-20 hours per week.

Salary: $16.75 – $18.65 per hour. Actual starting salary contingent with experience/qualifications.
