📋 Job Requirements:

• Recruit and screen CDL & Non-CDL drivers

Conduct initial phone interviews
Verify DL/CDL, experience & work authorization
Follow up with candidates and manage onboarding
Maintain driver pipeline and recruiting reports

📝 Notes:
Trucking recruitment experience is welcomed
Strong English & communication skills
Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
Experience with Sprinter/Box Truck drivers is preferred
