📋 Job Requirements:

• Recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers (Company Drivers and Owner Operators)
• Post job advertisements and generate driver leads
• Contact applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Verify CDL, driving experience, and basic eligibility requirements
• Explain pay structure, routes, equipment, and company policies
• Coordinate driver onboarding with the Safety department
• Meet weekly and monthly driver recruitment targets
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
