• Find and contact qualified CDL-A drivers
• Call, text, and follow up with driver leads
• Screen drivers based on experience, location, availability, and requirements
• Explain available lanes, pay structure, home time, and company details

Requirements:
Experience recruiting truck drivers is preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to make calls and follow up consistently
Understanding of CDL-A driver requirements
Must be organized and reliable
