📋 Job Requirements:

• Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate driver qualifications and fit
• Guide candidates through the full hiring process (application, documentation, onboarding)
• Verify driver credentials, experience, and compliance with company and DOT requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
