📋 Job Requirements:
- Source owner-operators via Craigslist, Facebook, Telegram, Indeed and keep job ads running
- Call leads, run phone screenings, present the company program
- Verify documents (CDL-A, MVR/PSP, medical card), arrange drug tests and onboarding
- Maintain the lead database and reports, support new drivers during their first 30 days

Who we're looking for:
▪️ 6+ months in U.S. trucking — recruiting, dispatch, sales or support
▪️ Understanding of the owner-operator model and basic DOT/FMCSA requirements
