Job Requirements:

• Experience in driver recruiting or trucking industry

Knowledge of CDL driver hiring and qualification process
Experience with recruiting platforms and job boards
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good English communication skills
Ability to screen candidates and conduct interviews
Ability to work with high-volume recruiting
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
