π Job Requirements:
β’ Verify driver qualifications, work history, and eligibility requirements.
β’ Source and recruit CDL Class A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
β’ Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
β’ Schedule orientation and onboarding appointments.
β’ Assist with driver retention initiatives and candidate relationship management.
