• Cold Calling: Actively reaching out to potential driver leads from databases, presenting company benefits (pay rates, home time, sign-on bonuses), and generating interest.
• Pre-Screening: Conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, and career expectations.

Credential Verification: Reviewing commercial driver documentation, including CDL licenses and active DOT Medical Cards.
