📋 Job Requirements:

• Post ads on driver job boards and recruit CDL drivers via phone, cold outreach, and referrals.

Conduct phone screens to evaluate CDL history, driving experience, and pay expectations.
Verify CDL validity, MVR (Motor Vehicle Records), PSP reports, Clearinghouse status, and medical cards.
Schedule drug screens, background checks, road tests, and orientation sessions.
