📋 Job Requirements:
• Source and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Proven experience recruiting and hiring CDL-A Team Drivers.
• Strong understanding of Team driver operations, HOS regulations, and driver qualification requirement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as Tenstreet, Indeed, Driver Pulse, HireRight, or similar systems.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
